I started dancing again after a 7 year break. I promised myself I wasn't going to take dance for granted again or shy away from the opportunities it brings. Within my first month I auditioned for their dance show “Game over”, as well as asking for the possibility of a solo and within my second month I asked was pitching an overarching story for the show. Why? 2 of my biggest passions were aligning into a one night only performance I couldn't afford not to contribute to, not just as a dancer but as a creative.
I took the initiative to reach out and ask about the planning of the show and what the vision was. At this point only the show name “Game Over” and dance style concepts for each game were decided and a overarching story was just an idea waiting to be created. In the same day I created a deck with a scoped out story start to finish and pitched it to the team.
Game Over - a live one night only dance show as a hacker seeks to shut down the show an initiate Game over!

Our goal was to deliver an immersive and interactive experience that had the hacker interacting with the audience during the dance intervals. We had a small budget, large varied target audience of over 200+ across all different age ranges and limited time to prepare this amazing successful live show, which the audience loved and led directly to future shows.
